Understaffing and overstaffing can both cut into the company’s profitability, reduce overall productivity, and can frustrate the employees and antagonize clients and customers. With the program, unwanted scenarios and movements are averted. Also counted is the fact that customer services already raised expectations on the challenges inside the company.
